The Immaculata Still Needs Sunday Collections

  • St. Marys Academy & College has expenses for both the parish and the schools, including supporting the priests, sisters, and staff.
  • Your offerings for the Sunday collection can be made using the online authorization page by clicking here.
  • You will receive a set of offertory acknowledgements (see below).  You can use those acknowledgements to place in the collection basket to unite your automated contribution to the Offertory at Mass (or you may contact [email protected] to discontinue your automated contribution and resume making your offering during the Offertory at Mass).

TUITION

  • The best means of paying tuition is through an automatic monthly bank draft (ACH) for the full tuition balance due (after any credits for fundraising, work or financial aid). Use the ACH form to setup monthly tuition payments.
  • If you need to work with accounting for other automated arrangements, including weekly payments, please contact accounting at 437-2471 x110 or email [email protected]. Onyx Collection offers payroll deductions for tuition payments.

SUNDAY COLLECTIONS

With the interest in automated payments and recognizing that many individuals operate without cash or checks, we are expanding the automated payment system to include making Sunday offerings and other donations.

  • Cash and Checks are of course still always appropriate.
  • Automatic monthly bank drafts (ACH). This is an ideal form of automated payments, making it easier for the faithful (never missing a Sunday), and reducing costs by streamlining the accounting process. Use the ACH form to setup monthly tuition payments. There is no cost to the donor or to SMAC for this payment arrangement.
  • Online banking bill pay. You can set up regular payments through your own bank using your bank’s free online bill payment service. While not as efficient as ACH for accounting, there are no fees involved for the donor or SMAC.
  • PayPal. See below.

Please remember that the Church has long asked for the faithful to make their offering at the moment of the Offertory to show that they are uniting their sacrifice with the Sacrifice of the Mass. Making our offering at this moment in the Mass truly helps Catholics to have the right intentions when fulfilling this precept of the Church. It is also for the edification of our neighbor that we make this offering publicly, so that others are encouraged by our generosity to give to the support of the Church and the spread of the Gospel. Not wanting to lose this symbolism and edification, for those making automated payments we will make available an offertory acknowledgement (a slip of paper) to fold like a check and drop in the collection basket which states that you are making automated payments. These offertory acknowledgements are available at the switchboard or from accounting.

The Automatic Payment Authorization does not go through PayPal and incurs no fees.
